LARGE OPEN CLUB HOUSE
Available to be open upon request. All pricing is inclusive of bar staff.
The bar is operated by MTC staff, with MTC being a strict NO BYO venue.
A full range of drinks / snacks are available including:
HOURLY RATE - $70
DAY RATE - $200
Up to 5pm
4 Hour Hire - $200.00
EVENING RATE - $320
5:00pm - 11:00pm
Up to 6 Hours
$500 bond is required with all bookings.

When booking forms are received and processed a letter of confirmation and invoice form will be forwarded to you by email.
Conditions of Hire
I hereby make application and acknowledge having read the Conditions of Hire and undertake to be bound by and comply with these Conditions in every respect and I further undertake to be responsible for ensuring that all individuals or groups using the premises in association with this application shall comply with the Conditions. I have also read and agree to abide by the cancellation information found within the Community Halls Conditions of Hire document.
You will be contacted within 24 hrs to 48 hrs to discuss your application.
